This is a bit of a tribute. Was reminded about her when I saw a mate's younger sibling watch WWE. She died on 1 May 2003.

Growing up in the 80s I never remembered her for her boobs.

I consider the modern wrestling babes plastic. How can you wear so little to fight and yet not have more wardrobe malfunctions? By the later part of her career Ms Elizabeth was also looking more like the modern WWE divas. Forced to follow? Couldn't find any news of surgery, so I consider her par for the course.
