The Joan Holloway Barbie from the Mad Men collection of the Barbie Fashion Model line!
First time I'm hearing that even dolls wear padded bras...
Then again, I never played with dolls so this is all new to me.

 From this pic you can see Joanie is bigger up front than other female dolls in the silkstone series.

The owner claims that the doll's body is actually from the same cast as the rest of the female dolls in the series, so the all that heft is just padding!
