Basically the gist of the story is this - baby (Shin Chan, the protagonist of the show, aged 5) sees mom (Misae Nohara) changing and asks her why she needs a bra - she doesn't need it.
Mom gets pissed off and tells him to take a good look.
He answers that somebody (don't know who) is bigger - she gets embarrassed.
哈哈哈哈哈，今天就让我再笑最后一次，最后一次，好不好？
