According to reporters, from Daily Mail, Zhademov’s girlfriend was absolutely terrified to take the test, United National Testing Exam. This is a college placement exam for all Kazakh students.
He figured that since she was so stressed out about the whole test process that she would surely fail the exam. So what did he do? He put on a wig and borrowed a skirt and blouse from his 17 -year-old girlfriend!
After that he put on some makeup but was quickly spotted soon after entering the testing room.
Exam officials noticed that he did not resemble the picture that was on his girlfriends ID card so they pulled him aside.
The official for the exam board told him,
We suspected it might be another woman that had taken the candidate’s place, but we never suspected it was a man that had taken her place. At least not until he started speaking. He tried speaking in a high voice but it was obvious then that he was a male.
They were charged with a fine of $2,153 for the offense.
After hearing about the whole ordeal, a local business owner found what Zhademov did was admirable and decided to help pay half of the fine for him.
Even some high school students were impressed and commented on what happened,
It was stupid but very romantic. Sometimes love leads us to do silly things, I wish my boyfriend was this romantic.
Now his girlfriend has to wait for an entire year before she can retake the test putting her education on hold!
